Our firm originated in 1975 as the Seeley Law Firm. In 1983, the firm transitioned to Seely & Shults, under the direction of attorneys Thomas Seeley and David Shults. In 1985, the firm became recognized as Shults & Shults and continues under such partnership today. The firm includes four lawyers at present: Lois B. Shults-Davis, Douglas K. Shults, Sarah R. Shults and Joe Shults.
